BRIEF
Easylife is a catalogue merchant which specialises in practical everyday solutions targeting 65+. The mailing catalogue (64pg pagination) was in need
of a redesign which would serve to realign Easylife's 'everyday solutions' proposition.
SOLUTION
Initially a sensitive redesign was required to refresh and contemporise. The colour palette was reviewed to align with product categroisation. The tick mnemonic was animated across the catalogue to reinforce brand cues. In addition the use of red was used primarily to highlight offers/special promotions. My redesign was a great success maximising companies profits through a sales increase of 40%. In addition, I suggested and designed a quarterly catalogue (A4, 116 pages) which would serve to promote seasonal products at a more premium positioning in terms of price point and overall design aesthetic. The redesign was successful in organising the brand's established product offering and targeting new consumers.
